Covid Guidance
As a club, we are doing everything we can to ensure that our members stay safe and well at this difficult time.
Our club operates in line with the latest official guidance which is provided by the UK government through the Department for Culture, Media & Sport and in consultation with the Football Association, the Lancashire Football Association and Bolton Council.
To co-ordinate our club’s response to this guidance, we have appointed the following Covid Officer, who is responsible for ensuring that our club has effective safety measures in place.
Jonathan Paine – Covid Officer
Mobile: 07791550183
Email: jonathan.paine1@hotmail.com
Our approach to Covid-19 is outlined in the attached Risk Assessment document, which we need you to carefully read and follow whenever you or your child are taking part in any club activities. Click here to view the Risk Assessment.
Additionally, whenever you are travelling to any of our training venues or playing at an opponent’s home venue, please can you ensure that you fully comply with the covid-19 safety measures in place. These details will be provided by the club before travelling to the affected venues.
We will provide our members with regular updates on Covid-19 as the situation changes. In the meantime, if you have any questions relating to the club and Coronavirus, please speak to your team manager in the first instance, who will be happy to help you. If, however, the manager is not available and the matter is urgent, you can directly contact our club Covid Officer.
Remember we all have a part to play our part in safeguarding the health and wellbeing of our own junior members and their families, and our many friends in the local grassroots football family.
